At Headbandsxo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

Please read the conditions below to understand your eligibility for refunds and exchanges.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing original tags or packaging are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Hair accessories that have been worn for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards or sale items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Custom or personalized products.


3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@headbandsxo.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and our return shipping address.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or videos showing the issue along with your order details.
After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A full refund, including shipping charges.

We may not be able to process claims reported after the 48-hour window.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different color, design, or replacement in case of damage.
To initiate an exchange, email info@headbandsxo.shop with your order details.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.


7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
After the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to the return process above.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment app.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider—it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at info@headbandsxo.shop for further assistance.
